Research

Jacqueline Ng earned her PhD from Northwestern University in 2018 in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences at Northwestern University.  Her research integrates insights from organizational theory, social networks, and computational social science to better understand how companies can implement new technologies to more effectively collaborate and share knowledge in teams. She is particularly interested in how social media tools can enable new ways for teams to accomplish their work. A second avenue of her research uses social network theories to examine how people utilize the resources available to them in their social networks to improve their performance outcomes.
