Jen Labrecque
Research
Prior to joining the faculty of Oklahoma State University in 2018, Dr. Labrecque was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Southern California in the Department of Preventive Medicine at Keck School of Medicine. In collaboration with Dr. Kayla de la Haye (PI) and as part of a MURI team, she investigated how individuals’ social intelligence and their emergent social networks predict group task performance. Jen completed her Ph.D. in social psychology in 2015 at the University of Southern California in the Dornsife College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences. In her graduate work, along with her advisor Dr. Wendy Wood, Jen studied behavior change challenges with a focus on habits. She continues to remain engaged in this area, currently focusing on the interplay between goals and habits.
